Our Mission and Values
Morning Star is a small inner-city church located in the heart of North Central, Regina. North Central is also commonly called “the Hood,” a focus point of crime, drugs and poverty. It is therefore our vision, mission and prayer that in the heart of the Hood, we represent the heart of God.
Our congregation is made up of people from all walks of life, therefore it would be hard to draw a concrete picture of our demographics. Yet one thing is for sure: you will not feel as an outsider. There is a sense of belonging and acceptance in our church, and an atmosphere of family. This is created by each of the unique individuals that come together to form our church.

Communion for those who have Accepted Jesus
Join us to at 10:45 on the first Sunday of each month. Many of us gather in the back classroom to share in communion. Communion is for at at Morning Star members who have accepted Jesus and acknowledge His sacrifice for our sins. Through repentance and thanksgiving we partake as a church body in remembrance of Him.
